You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@zappiqai.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.
Zappiq offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until then.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Monthly subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of payment, and annual subscribers within 14 days, provided fewer than 200 conversations have been used.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will transition to a paid plan unless you cancel beforehand. No charges are made during the trial period.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, design, text, and graphics — are owned by Zappiq and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you provide through the Service, including chatbot configurations and business information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to use this content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zappiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or cancelling from your dashboard.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
