At Zappiq, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our subscription plans.
If you are not satisfied with your Zappiq subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date, provided that your account has used fewer than 200 conversations during that period.
Annual plan subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their payment date, provided that their account has used fewer than 200 conversations during that period.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the refund window has passed.
To request a refund, please email us at hello@zappiqai.com with your account email and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
